Non-Metallic Ceramic Sleeve (Spiral)

Mechanical and anticorrosive protection system based on a ceramic epoxy grout sleeve, applied with a motorized robotic system that molds the sleeve in a spiral pattern.

The system is designed to withstand wave impact, marine fauna and flora, UV rays, and high temperatures. It can be fabricated in the field through a robotic molding system with polyethylene panels and filled with a ceramic epoxy grout-type mechanical and anticorrosive reinforcement system.

It provides structural reinforcement in the tide and wave zone and, in special cases, can restore integrity where the pipe substrate has reduced wall thickness.

The system carries a 30-year warranty and, in case of extreme damage, can be repaired quickly and economically.
